Terms of service

Placing an Order

When you're ready to place your order, click on the Contact page and submit your custom order request. We will review your request, then follow-up within 24-48 hours to further discuss the project. Submitting an order request does not guarantee an order can/will be filled.

Production Time

Production time will vary depending on scope of project/design details, number of items in the order, and other orders in the Batched Crafts queue. An estimated production time will be provided before the final invoice is sent. If Batched Crafts experiences any production delays, they will be promptly communicated to the customer.

Pricing and Payments

All prices listed are starting prices for handmade, customized and/or personalized items. Prices may change depending on design details. After the final design has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice for payment. Production will not start until the invoice is paid in full.
